1 / Selecting Your Curreny
First off select the currency you wish to view your items in! That is done by clicking the flag left of screen! By default it is in GB£ so you only need to change it if you wish to view prices in either US$ or € Euros.
2 / Getting About The Site
We use the Drilldown method of Display.
All folders are represented by stamp or flag images! So to go to an area just click the image and you will go directly there!
Once inside the specific area you will be offered other images of what is in that folder. So, for example if you click on "North America" you will be taken to the next level down. In that particular folder you will find two images: "Canada" - " Newfoundland" if you then click on the image of "Newfoundland" you will be taken to the next level down in which there are also two folders: Early Newfoundland and "Newfoundland King George VI" So, if you click "Newfoundland King George VI" there you will find a selection of about 60 items for sale! All in Date order and with both Gibbons and Scott catalogue numbers! N.B. We do not list: "Out of stock Items"! So, there is no time wasting!
2a/ Using the Search Box
The serach engine is very user friendly. So, if you seek something specific then it is both fast and easy to use! An example would be: if you want to find all the New Zealand mint stamps we have for 1964? It isnt case sensative so simpley type in the "Search Box": New Zealand 1964 Mint and it will produce a list of all such items we have in stock!. However its smart and can use shortcuts so, for example: Zeal min 964 will produce the same result!
3 / Making A Purchase
When you see something of interest just click the image and you will get a more detail view of the item. To purchase it just click the: "Add to Cart" button at the bottom of the listing. To go up a level just use the back button or you can return to the Home Pageat any time by clicking the "HOME" link; top left of screen.
4 / Checking Out
When you have finished ordering just click the "Checkout Button" on the page you are on or use the "Checkout Here" wording to the left of screen. That will show you a copy of your order as you have placed it and you have the option to remove any items that you may wish to! When you approve the order just click the "Checkout" button and you will then move on to the "Checkout Confirmation Page" If you are a new client you will be asked to provide your email address! That done just click the button: "Continue with Checkout". That will lead you to the Details page in which you will be asked to provide a password of your choosing so that you and you alone can access your details. Also you can complete details of you billing and shipping addresses for the delivery! Fields marked: * are mandatory! That done click the "Continue Button". That will move you on to the: "Order Summery Page": This will show you a copy of your order and offer you a selections of methods to pay! You can pay by Credit Card for shipment within 48 hours, Cheque, Bank Transfer or Cash.
5 / Choosing a Payment Method
5a/ Paying by Credit Card
We offer 3 Credit Card Processors: PayPal, MoneyBookes and G2 all have proven track records. Clicking any of the three buttons will take you to their secure Gateway! So you can be assured your personal details are not shared with anyone other than them and your Credit Card Operator! All are first class Companies but we find, for ease of processing that MoneyBookers has a fast and fairley user friendly system!
5b/ Paying by Bank Draft
If you choose to pay by that method you will be taken to an “Order Complete” page which will provide all the information you require to complete your order. It is important when you have taken the appropriate details to click the “Return to Store” button at the foot of the page to complete the process.
5c/ Paying by Cheque
If you choose to pay by that method you will be taken to an “Order Complete” page which will provide all the information you require to complete your order.
